B.Tech in Information Technology (B.Tech in IT) is a 4 Years undergraduate curriculum that focuses on information security, database and network management, computer technical support, and the production of corporate software. The goal of the B.Tech IT programme is to teach in-depth knowledge in order to develop a pool of research professionals with information technology experience. Fresh graduates can begin their careers as office administrators, IT specialists, technology officers, and other positions as a result of their education.
The application of technology to solve organisational and corporate challenges is known as information technology (IT). To deal with and manipulate information/data, this field of engineering employs computers, networks, storage, and other technical infrastructure, both hardware and software.
IT specialists are well-versed in the newest emerging technologies, allowing them to find the most efficient (in terms of time and effort) solutions to any technological challenges that may arise, whether little or major.

Eligibility Criteria (UG & PG) of Information Technology

  • Candidates must have passed their 12th Board examination with core subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board/university. Additionally, Computer Science as a subject in the 12th Board examination is desirable.

  • There is no single entrance exam to get admission but the colleges conduct their particular tests for admissions
