Biomedical Engineering

BE Biomedical Engineering deals with the diagnostic and therapeutic application of engineering techniques by doctors in their healthcare practices. It is a 4-Year UG course dealing with software to run medical equipment.
Candidates who have completed their 12th grade or an equivalent degree in any Science discipline are eligible to enrol in a B. Biomedical Engineering is a technical term for biomedical engineering. Students will receive a curriculum focused on the specialised concept of Biomedical Engineering, as well as in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of biomedical concepts, through this course. B. covers a wide range of concepts in numerous fields. Biology, Biomedical, Technology in Biomedical, Biomedical Process, Biomedical Issues, and other topics are covered in the Tech in Biomedical Engineering course.
Biomedical engineering program comprises study about tissue engineering, molecular or systems level biology/ physiology and mathematics. Students get to study about biomedical electronics, quantitative and analytical skills required to interpret data acquired and processing of medical data including imaging and enhancement techniques. Other aspects of the program include the study of biomechanics, cellular engineering, genetic engineering, orthopedic surgery, bio-instrumentation, medical imaging and bio-materials. Other important topics, about which the student will get to know include, about studying about advanced therapeutic and surgical devices, computer modeling of physiologic systems.
